Apple Will Soon Let You Disable iPhone Throttling

Annoying Apple has slowed down the previous iPhone to prevent deterioration of the battery? The company allows you to disable this kind of acceleration with an upcoming iOS update.

But that does not mean you should.

In an interview that ABC News released last night (January 17), Apple CEO Tim Cook said that next month's iOS developer beta will come, providing users with more information about their state's battery Finally, speed up the performance of the processor when they go bad. It will be released soon after.

The feature has caught the wrath of those who say Apple should not speed up performance, not even multiple lawsuits. In an attempt to address these concerns, Cook said in the interview that users will be able to disable the feature. However, it is still possible that the phone shuts down unexpectedly because the feature is disabled.

Cook's comment on the problem comes after Apple has confirmed that it accelerated the performance of the iPhone when the battery of a headset began to work. The feature claimed that the iPhone accidentally remains at the workstation, but also speeds up the performance of the CPU, resulting in a slower user experience.

Apple apologized for not doing the apparent role for the users and made it easier for anyone who got iPhone battery problems for a replacement for only $ 29. But the apology also came with Apple in a future update, it is pointed out that it will take over the function of processor acceleration on all iPhones, including iPhone 8 and X.

While we know about the software update, this is the first time that Apple says there will be an option for users to disable acceleration. Well, we do not know exactly how it can work, Apple has already said, it recommends that users do not shut down the function for fear of random stops and other problems when the batteries malfunction.
