Whether you enjoy watching videos, moving games, or just sending text messages with fewer typos, widescreen phones offer many benefits. These phones, also known as phablets, tend to pack larger batteries than their smaller brothers, which means longer battery life. We looked at several phones with screens of 5.5 inches or more, and these are the ones that reached the top.

iPhone X

The iPhone X includes a 5.8-inch OLED display in a compact housing, which makes it very small in large-screen phones. However, there is still a learning curve, because Apple has adapted much of the iOS experience to the design. Access to the Home screen will now be pulled up and the Control Center will be hidden in the upper right corner next to the famous iPhone X's notch. Then, of course, there is Face ID, which uses Apple's True Depth Chamber system to replace Touch ID with face recognition. It's an iPhone like no other, with a price that fits, and it's great.

Galaxy Note 8

Samsung bounces off the disaster rating 7 last year with the Galaxy Note 8. It adopts the Galaxy S8's infinity display, but it would be a mistake to think of this phone as just 6.3 inches larger than Samsung's other flagship ships. This is because Samsung has the extra space of grade 8 with an app -Pair feature that allows you to launch two apps simultaneously on the screen. Add two rearview cameras, a new feature for Samsung, and new features for the S Pen, a pay-as-you-go handset.

OnePlus 5T

The OnePlus 5T replaces the OnePlus 5, after only a few months on the market. While the 5T under the hood is virtually the same, the main difference is its larger 6-inch AMOLED display, edge to edge, which enhances the 5.5-inch panel used in the previous model by reducing frames. OnePlus has managed to fill this screen with a phone that is practically the same size as the device, so it's not that difficult to maintain. The 5T has the same value as the OnePlus 5, with its Snapdragon 835 processor, a generous standard of 6GB of RAM, long battery life, and the fastest load times we've seen this year. .iphone 8 Plus

On the surface, the iPhone 8 Plus is not a big change over the iPhone last year, but there are some key benefits. The new iPhone supports wireless charging and its two rear cameras have been significantly improved. With the new and crazy Apple Bionic A11 chipset, these lenses offer Portrait Lighting, a new way to manipulate light in a scene before and after the fact. The iPhone 8 Plus also offers excellent battery life, which is more than 11 hours in our tests. While it does not have the radical overhaul of the iPhone X, the iPhone 8 Plus is still one of the best big phones that can buy money.

Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus

Samsung offers you two great options in the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus. Both offer near-perfect infinity OLED displays that stretch from edge to edge in a fascinatingly curved design. But the S8 + has a larger 6.2-inch panel compared to the S8's 5.8-inch screen. The S8 is more compact and easier to use with one hand, but those who enjoy watching a lot of videos may prefer the larger screen that the S8 + offers. Whichever model you choose, you'll enjoy advanced cameras, fast Snapdragon 835 performance, and long battery life.

Google Pixel 2 XL

The 6-inch Pixel 2 XL is a significant improvement over its predecessor, with an 18: 9 OLED display that covers more surface with thinner goggles. Unfortunately, the screen itself is not perfect, it has poor viewing angles and granulation, though an update improves a bit. Despite these problems, it is still one of the best Android phones on the market, thanks in particular to Google's excellent software. Pixel 2 XL features Google Lens, a tool that identifies milestones and objects in the phone's camera.
